Lives In Portland
I've taught and mentored middle and high school students in Maine, California, and Washington, DC, since graduating from Davidson College. I also have an MA from Middlebury College's Bread Loaf School of English. I live in Portland with my wife, young son, and our labradoodle, Hazel.
Why did you choose Portland? I came here as a kid to visit family and cried every time I left.

What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? The malted iced coffee/Holy Donut combo at Tandem.
Do you have a serendipity spot? Where do you always bump into good people? Work, Crema, Crooked Mile, SPACE Gallery
