Lives In Lovell
From working around the world as a photojournalist for National Geographic Magazine, to running a quality centric photography business, Aurora Photos and Novus Select, I love telling stories in a visual world. Executing creative ideas and playing tennis are really fun. Just about anything outdoors trumps being inside. Once I start talking it's hard to stop. Portland has it going on, from the amazing abundance of great eateries to most excellent community of intellengent and creative professionals. And...let's not forget the music talent.
Why did you choose Portland? Chance. Fate. The people.
Who are Portlanders you admire and why? Andy Graham, a quiet leader with an intelligent perspective and someone who want to give in meaningful ways to the communities he is associated with. Leslie Evans, a top designer in every sense. Jason Spooner for his music, design talent and quite, cool demeanor.
What do you like to do with out-of-towners? Introduce them to Standard Bread, Street and Co, and the great brews we have in such a small city.
Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? The Eastern Promenade Trail, biking, running, walking. What a great gem.
Describe your perfect night—and the following morning—in Portland. A great dinner, great conversation and the sharing between those that partake. A sunrise game of tennis in the cool morning air.
