Mentoring young minds to become great creators

Job Owner, Independent Designer / Portland Design Co.

Lives In East Bayside

Independent designer by day, a pure enjoyer of the state of Maine at all other times: triathlete, hiphop dancer, mentor, creator. Portland is an amazing place to live and work, with so many opportunities for creatives!

Why did you choose Portland? Born and raised (fifth generation, actually!), and have never found a decent reason to leave. Portland has everything to offer—as an artist, queer person, athlete, teacher—it's all here.

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? Outdoor: Eastern Promenade. Indoor: Terlingua.

What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? Gorgeous Gelato. It's the real deal, and Bam Bam Bakery for all the gluten free love.

Describe your perfect night—and the following morning—in Portland. Cocktail at Press Hotel/Ink Well, dinner at Street & Co., walking around on a First Friday Art Walk night, then breakfast at Becky's.
